Dear Kevin:

Please do not release this animal. This could be a potentially harmful invasive amphibian species, like Xenopus that could have very bad effects on native frogs if released. It also may harbor diseases that don’t harm your pet, but may harm wild frogs. We would suggest advertising to re-home the animal, keeping it for its whole life or by humanely euthanizing it.
